These terms and conditions supersede all pre alternative course date and/or to provide a refund (if applicable).

Receipt of Registration Course Confirmation

Registrations must be received by Migababa in writing – either via e-mail, website, letter, or fax.

Once your Registration and/or purchase order is received, Migababa will immediately issue a “Registration Details Received” notification via email or fax.  The “Registration Details Received” notification does not imply that the course itself is confirmed, simply that we have received and recorded your registration details.

Migababa must receive all Registration forms and/or purchase orders at least five working days prior to course commencement.

Any registrations received after the confirmation period deadline (5 days prior) for the selected course must be accompanied with payment and a confirmation call to Migababa (+613 9723 9675) to confirm availability of space on the course.

Any alterations to the original Registration should be notified to Migababa or registration@migababa.com.au as soon as possible.

Attendance Requirements

Students must attend each day of a course and successfully complete any exercises in order to receive a certificate of completion. 

Intended Audience

Migababa provides training to private individuals, or individuals employed by corporate or government entities. 

A “Course Confirmation” notification will be emailed to each registrant at least five (5) working days prior to course commencement.

The “Course Confirmation” will provide location details, contact person, and course commencement details.

This notification will be sent to the registrant and the booking authority (if email addresses were supplied as part of registration).

On-site Training

For courses held at client sites, Migababa provides student course materials.  The client is responsible for providing the training venue; including projection equipment, computer hardware and software as required for laboratory sessions.  Course delivery is scheduled by mutual agreement in accordance with the availability of Migababa instructors and the requirements of the client.

Prerequisites

Participants who do not have the required prerequisites may be refused course attendance.  Prerequisites are on all course outlines at www.migababa.com.au or call (+613) 9723 9675

Refunds, Cancellation and Transfer Options Invoices and Payment

Refund Policy

  • There are no cancellation fees
  • Prorated refunds may be granted for withdrawals after course commencement, subject to agreed valid reason

Cancellation and Transfer Options

Migababa reserves the right to defer or cancel any course if there are insufficient bookings or conditions beyond our control.  Every possible assistance will be given to reschedule candidates to an alternative course date and/or to provide a refund (if applicable).

 

Cancellations by Migababa
If there are insufficient candidates for a course; Migababa will inform of course postponement via a “Postponed Course” notification by email no later than five (5) working days prior to course commencement.  Migababa will automatically advise the next scheduled date for you or discuss possible alternative options with you.

 

Cancellations by the customer
Cancellation advice must be received in writing and sent via fax, email or letter to Migababa or registration@migababa.com.au as early as practically possible, but no later than three (3) working days prior to course commencement.

If the course has been confirmed (refer Course Confirmation”) by Migababa  prior to the customer cancellation advice, then the following conditions will apply:

  • Any participant who is unable to attend may send a replacement participant and must notify Migababa of the change in details
  • The invoice is issued to the registrant and the registrant may use the full value of the invoice towards any other future Migababa course at the time of their choosing.  Migababa will assist the registrant in utilising the full value of their booking
  • If the course has not been confirmed (refer Course Confirmation”) by Migababa prior to the customer cancellation advice, then no penalties or payments will apply to the customer and no invoice will be issued for that Registration

Payment Method

Migababa accepts company cheque, purchase order, credit card, or cash for payment.  Tuition for all courses is due in full prior to the start date of the class, with the exception of students for which we have a valid approved purchase order.

Invoices

Invoices are issued only once the course is confirmed (i.e.  At the time you receive the Course Confirmation” notification via email). We will send a pdf copy of the invoice via e-mail, with paper copy provided on request.

Payments

Payment or an approved purchase order must be received by Migababa prior to course commencement

Credit Cards

Migababa can process Visa or MasterCard credit card transactions, but reserves the right to charge a 1% fee in relation to bank fees for credit card processing.

Schedule and Fee Variances

Migababa reserves the right to vary scheduled course dates and fees however receipt of a Registration prior to any fee increase(s) will ensure the client pays only the fee amount which was published at the time of Registration.
