 Ronald's extensive Testing and QA knowledge is derived from 30 years in IT, providing effective testing; including the delivery of test methodologies and automation, across an expanse of large and medium sized private and government organisations.
Ronald holds a Bachelor of Business and has been consulting since 1989. Working in a diverse range of industries such as; Utilities, Banking & Finance, Oil, Government, Defence, Retail, Telecommunications, Insurance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
His core competencies are in the areas of Project Management; Service Delivery; Systems, Integration and User Acceptance Testing; Testing Strategies and Planning; Change and Problem Management.
Ronald thrives on being an enabler for clients through the stabilisation of and standardisation of processes. This is achieved by the establishment of quality in people, product, and process, at both team and executive levels, focussing on goals, objectives and commitment to deliverables and customer satisfaction.
In providing a depth and real value to organisations he has successfully delivered multiple projects, constantly achieving effective business solutions on projects in excess of $120 million; across a variety of technologies i.e. legacy systems, client/server, E-Commerce, ERP, and more recently VoIP. Vital components of this success have been his excellence in analysis, research and an extensive repertoire of templates, procedures, and methodologies.
Ronald is an avid traveller and scuba diver and has dived in many places around Australia and the world. |
